Openrent system issue - help
My tenant was just about to sign them pulled out, then a week after they are ready to go ahead however the contract is obviously no longer valid what do I do, to make it valid on the system?
Hi @Helle - If the tenants withdrew already, then their application would have been cancelled and the holding deposit / any other monies paid returned or passed onto the appropriate party.
If they’d like to move forward again, they’ll need to start the process again by clicking the “Rent Now” button on your advert.
