I have rec’d 100 enquires in 3 weeks and over 50% either do not meet the affordability criteria, or are agents looking for social, or too many occupants, or just non responsive! Even placing BOLD “Please Note”, prospects still ignore. Tenants that have been income verified (by OpenRent) are slipping through the net. I have proactively declined and communicated well to prospects and now my advert has been paused given 100 limit. This is most unfair - I have limited control over how much value I get from the subscription. This has happened previously too with another property. How do I make a compliant to obtain some kind of refund for all the non valid enquiries?

I have used an alternate platform which is flat fee for six weeks
I’ve noticed this platform attracts unsuitable tenants
