Like with estate agents do you have to earn 2.5x the rent to rent through openrent ?
Even if the rent is inclusive of bills ?

2.5X tends to be the minimum. As Colin mentioned it may even be more. The exact number will depend on the specific landlord requirement and/or the requirement of whichever referencing agency the landlord chooses to assess your application.
