Hi,
I am currently in rented having to move by October, I am ready to go so can move relatively quickly
Looking for 2 bedroom property to rent long term in Redhill / Reigate area. I am working full time, will look after the property like its my own, this is for myself and my daughter who is 18 and working full time.

Provide maximum information to prospective landlord always being open and honest at all times.
Say why you would be a good tenant and back it up by references from previous landlords and employer lined up. Good luck

Adding to that I can provide references from my employee if required with bank statements of course and I have been in my current tenancy 15 years, my landlord is retiring so would like to sell.
If anyone knows of anything suitable please let me know.
