# Adding a Guarantor

Can I add a guarantor to the tenant’s application without making a joint tenancy?

I have tenants who have guarantors.  
The guarantor is just that, not a tenant.  
All tenants should be names on the tenancy agreement and the names of any guarantors added as just that guarantors.  
They are not tenants.
