Hi im moving into a property next month. I am getting help with my deposit through The vicars project, which is a charity. The charity can not help after I sign the contract it needs to be paid by them before. I cant find advanced payment options when I login to openrent. As the charity needs to know the bank details.
@mod_harry should be able to advise what to do in this scenario. OR must have bank details that your charity can pay the deposit into.

Once the contract has been signed by all parties, we’ll release the payment information.
You will be able to download an invoice that can be shared with the charity to make this payment. It will be under “Advanced Payment Options” and “Final Balance is Being Paid by Third Party”.
I can see that the contract is still awaiting some signatures so would advise getting that done in the first instance.
You missed their point……
OpenRent only generates the unique payment information for the final balance after the contract has been signed, there’s no way around this. We’ve been in touch with this tenant directly for support.
