I have two potential DSS renters who is are unrelated.
They’re telling me that they need two contracts, one for each room for the DSS.
Is there a way to do that through Open rent and are there any likely pitfalls or additional legal requirements?

If you are renting the whole property then this is benefit fraud as far as my experience goes. They should be on one tenancy agreement but they’ll receive less UC because they’re in joint occupancy than they would if they rented separately which is why they want two contracts. If I’m right then i wouldn’t let to either of them.
Others may be able to correct me.
If you let it with 2 contracts you will become liable for the Council tax so would have to charge an inclusive rent.
