I have an enquiry for one of my seven available rooms. When I proceed via the rent portal it is allocating my cheapest room but myself and the tenant have agreed on one of the other rooms.
I’ve never advertised more than one room at the same time, so have never had this problem ,but feel sure you will select which room is being rented to any particular tenant. It isn’t going to decide for you.
