I am looking to buy Fixtures and Fittings (F&F) insurance for my leasehold flat. Often these come with building insurance. Since my freeholder buys building insurance, I need to but my own F&F insurance. I have got quotes from CIA Insurance, Total Landlord and Simply Business. Any other you are aware of please for Fixtures and Fittings (F&F) insurance only? I found the first 2 companies a bit vague regarding their coverage, so looking for other options.
