I’ve been using the OR platform for a few years now and usually get my property let within the first few viewing. But this year..there has been a massive lull in the number of enquires with only 2 actual viewings. Whats happening is everyone still on holiday? I’ve even dropped the rent and enlisted the help of a local agent but to little joy. I thought August was the busiest time of the year or am I just unlucky? I’m in West London, what is it like in your area?
