My tenant has been refusing to vacate my flat after end of contract and he has breached contract numerous time. Court hearing is due on 2nd December but I want to share his details with potential landlord to prevent this circumstances…
He isnt a squatter and if its just the fixed term of the contract thats ended, he is still a tenant, because he would now automatically have a periodic tenancy on the same terms.
