# Bank account not connecting after open banking

Hi guys, my guarantor has filled out 70% of the guarantor information but after they press allow to connect openrent to their bank for open banking, it just doesn’t work. It does say they’re on the list of accepted banks so we’re not quite sure why it’s not working. Any help would be much appreciated.
