Hi - Can anyone help?
I am about to become a Non-resident landlord. I have one house I am renting out. My UK tax from that income is currently not complicated.
Can anyone recommend a good commercial software for reporting landlord income from a property?
Can anyone recommend a good accountant with awareness of UK and USA taxation?

Others may be able to answer your question, but I wanted to ask whether all your tenants now have ASTs plus all the other prescribed documents?
