Hi - Can anyone help?

I am about to become a Non-resident landlord. I have one house I am renting out. My UK tax from that income is currently not complicated.

Can anyone recommend a good commercial software for reporting landlord income from a property?

Can anyone recommend a good accountant with awareness of UK and USA taxation?
