A tenant application was cancelled by myself because of no suitable guarantor, however, they are now in receipt of a suitable one, can we reopen the application again or do we need to start from the start?

Hi, yes you can invite the tenant to apply again. You can do this by asking them to click Rent Now on your listing again, or you can use this link:
