# Cancelling accepted tenant

I have accepted a tenant but unfortunately now need to cancel as they are proving to be difficult. I have got to the stage of drawing up a contract, how do I cancel and remarket my property?

My tenants changed their mind during referencing. How can I cancel and still get the holding deposit?
