Can't in Rent in Liverpool because of a CCJ

Hey everyone,I’m facing a bit of a tough spot here and could really use some advice. Recently, I’ve been trying to rent a place in Liverpool, but I keep hitting a roadblock because of a CCJ (County Court Judgment) that popped up on my record during a landlord’s background check.Turns out, this CCJ stems from a parking ticket dating back five years ago, which is utterly baffling to me because I’ve never parked in the specified car park. As a taxi driver, my only interaction with that area has been for pick-ups and drop-offs. Yet, somehow, I’ve been saddled with this £197 CCJ.I’ve already paid off the amount, but it’s frustratingly still not reflecting as settled. Does anyone have any insight into how long it typically takes for these things to update? And more importantly, do you think landlords would be more willing to consider my rental applications once this is resolved?Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Gather the documentary evidence of what you say and explain to prospective landlords upfront. I would consider it, but am not in Liverpool.

As a landlord i would disregard tgat CCJ as long as the rent less than 33% of your net monthly income plus
I look at your last 6 months bank statements to see that you dont have excess outgoings eg child payments to your ex , use of online betting , minimum payments to credit card companies etc .
Your income is likeley to continue eg you have a job in the public sector where its hard to get sacked.
Do you have any savings or do you live paycheck to paycheck .
Whats your reason for moving property and whether i believe your story
The CCJ is irrelevant compared to those.

I saved up money because I was told that that having 6 months rent upfront would help.

But still not getting anywhere.

The is loads of tenants viewing everytime am going to viewings.
