Communicating with Mydeposits

Has anyone else had problems communicating with MyDeposits? Both my tenant and I have emailed them about an issue (accessing the portal) and neither of us have received a reply after 6-10 days. Thanks

i had same problem, i could not remember password, they never answered so I had to spend time finding it, when they email it to you originally when account is set up it comes from a weirdly named account, so you have to go back through your emails chronologically to the day and search in detail.
