I’d like to get the email address or the complaints department within open rent? I am trying to get a reference completed for a private let re a property that is not listed on the openrent portal. I am finding this increasingly frustrating and stressful in the sense nobody will call to discuss things and hiding behind an email address. There has been a clear admin error at openrent side in the sense i have had a reply back to say that: 1 - I can’t use my co-applicant as my employer reference (i’ve not tried to do this and am being gas lighted and told for security reasons they can’t discuss anything further with me) 2 - Further more, openrent are also saying my current letting agent is “unreliable” as a reference also yet the property we are currently is managed by Wheatley Homes/Lowther homes - a trading business. I need this resolved asap and am getting nowhere, i’ve spent £20 to get this reference and have asked that things be checked and amended and am getting nowhere. Please can someone help me with this.
