# Contact via Rightmove not working

Hi,

I’m currently running an ad on OpenRent and Rightmove etc. I tried a test to get in contact with myself regarding the property via Rightmove. When it says call the agent it puts me through to a number with a n OpenRent voicemail. I left a message but nothing happened. I also tried sending a message via email and that hasn’t come through. How does it work normally?
