How do I change the contract date:
We cannot backdate documents; please Google backdating documents, as you please. The contract would likely not be valid, it’s technically a criminal offence, and not to mention the implications it would have for me as a practising lawyer.
In short, we cannot sign a document that is dated 30th November 2019.
