Hello all, I am proceeding to contract stage with my tenants, but do not have a PAT certificate or landlord insurance. Both are not required by law, as I understand it, but I cannot seem to remove them from the OR tenancy agreement, or proceed without selecting that I have them. Has anyone else had this issue? Is the solution to proceed with them selected, but manually strike them out before anyone signs anything? Thanks in advance! Liana ---

Hi Liana, Ticking each box tells us that you’re compliant, or that the requirement does not apply to the property (for example, if there was no gas supply, you would not need a CP12). There’s no requirement to enter a date in each field if this is not applicable - you can still proceed to issuing the contract. Kind regards, George ---
