Hi folks at OR /anyone else who may know
Just checking my OR portal for current tenancies and new info box has appeared on my tenancies which tells me all my Occ contracts here in Wales will go periodic forthwith.
To my knowledge the RRA has not gone through the WAG cement mixer (to change loads probably !!) set up yet… so am I right in thinking we are still bound by the Occ Contract chaos they caused by their changes in 2022?.
I have already looked on Rent Smart Wales website/Forum (where by law ALL LL have to already be registered and Licenced here which has to renew every 5 yrs) - no joy there …..nor on WAG info either….. so any insight from OR or other LLs would be much appreciated.
Me considering getting out of LL game tbh so want to check and get the ball rolling now before I am unable to (sad really as I have lovely tenants and a really good relationship with them all)
