Evening landlords, I hope everyone is well.
I am here to report my rental collection for this month stands at the grand total of 30% but hopefully going to go up to 90% by the 14th, fingers crossed.
Has anyone experienced any lenders being as flexible as us landlords are being expected to be?
Or are they looking at this as an opportunity to screw the Landlords just that little bit more?
