Court has issued the claim for my N5B form

Court has issued the claim for my N5B form and sent a copy of my claim to the tenants. They have immediately stopped paying rent and are asking for agreeing on a date to vacate property. What paperwork I need to get signed with them for this agreement, does anyone know? and is it sensible for me to add a clause to this paperwork regarding deducting rent arrears from tenancy deposit certificate? any advice will be gratefully accepted. thanks

You need a deed of surrender see eg What if a tenant wants to leave before the end of the tenancy? | NRLA

You need it drawn up by a lawyer who is an expert in evictions so that it still allows you to claim from the deposit
