Creating AST without reference check

HI, is there a way of creating an AST on open rent without doing the reference check?

I have already ha dthe credit/reference checks done externally with another company and just now wish to protect the deposit and create an ST within the open rent platform (having paid the £49 fee (just trying to avoid paying again for the credit check

Of course. When the applicant clicks the “rent now” button then you’ll get the option to proceed to contract directly.
