I think you’re talking about tenants being protected for 12 months from the start of their tenancy, where a landlord can’t sell. I’m talking about the 12 ban from re-letting if you evict someone because you want to sell, which means you have to leave the house empty for 12 months. My house sale fell through twice last year, and I can’t afford for that to happen again so need to know when this 12 month ban from re-letting takes effect.

I have looked into this for my uncle, 20 to 40 % discount is what potential purchasers are looking for on the market price. As the market is flooded with these the “investors” are being very tight and looking for bargains. I would sit tight for now.
