Those seem unusual deductions and Iām not sure either of them would be listed in the tenancy agreement as being deductable. What does your tenancy agreement say?
This sounds like you negotiated a deed of surrender and had to relet a property early. Do you have it in writing from the tenant as part of the agreement that you can claim these deductions?
