I signed my tenancy agreement and paid deposit today. However, i want to use Reposit instead of paying the deposit. I had started the process of using Reposit but got a bit hasty and paid the deposit. How can i get the deposit back so i can use reposit instead. I need help please

@Adetunji they do take 24h to reply. Maybe wait/have some patience. That’s the OR approach (like many other firms nowadays)- web pages full of faqs, a community of users, and email/message support, rather than lots of people in a call centre who end up dealing with lots of things people can often sort themselves. It’s cheaper tho not necessarily better or worse. People have got so used to instant responses on everything that they get frustrated, you def won’t be the only one…
