Deposit Release failed

I requested a full deposit release for my tenants over 2 weeks ago. When I log in I can clearly see the request form completed 24/04/25, with all the correct reference numbers. Why has it not been released? What am I doing wrong? Understandably my ex-tenants are getting impatient. I find the lack of customer service contact very frustrating. Please, can anyone advise? Thanks.

I bet the tenant also needs to do something & likely would have got an email. Have they checked their junk mail?

Does it not tell you the status of the refund when you login?

You haven’t said whether the deposit is held with my deposits or held by openrent. You can see this on tthe manage tenancy screens.
