The last part asks for bank details. Is that landlord’s details for portion claimed OR is it tenants details for surplus to be returned to? Thanks
I am not a ll so do not know this is just .y opinion I wouldve thought it was the tenants bank details for reimbursement of the remainder

which scheme? TDS asks Ts to confirm their bank details and LLs details are already be in from when you sign up under “payment details”
