# Disabled mother looking for landlord who accepts benefits?

Please could someone help me. I’m a disabled mother of 4. I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom house. I have lived in this house for 8 years and have always had my rent paid directly to the landlord from housing benefit . I keep getting offered Viewings,but rather than waste a landlords time, I need to know first if my circumstances are acceptable? D.Stott.
