David Smith at JMW was recommended in another thread at the time, they said he wasn’t working ??? & passed me to a brand new trainee who really messed my case up & only got as far as getting a joint appointment surveyor at the grand price of just under 9k!!! I felt it was a bloody money machine, and she actually did sone very stupid things, didn’t do as I asked and contracted her to, to point of formal complaint by other solicitor.
Anthony Gould is always way too busy.
Anyone else out there that can deal with landlord/leaseholder issues?
