Can anyone please suggest or recommend an end of tenancy cleaning service. Thanks!

I’m surprise openrent does not provide that service …?

Try Bark or Checkatrade or just Google “End Of Tenancy Clean near me.” If the oven and hob are in a bad state I use a specialist oven cleaner as well.
