Nonsense I’m afraid. You agree a deal and you should honour it. Negotiate a single fee at the start of the tenancy if you feel that way. However, don’t expect the agent to look for a long term tenant!

You seamed to be amused at causing chaos for your tenants… didn’t understand why… however can I ask? Why do agencies have to be paid continuously for finding you a tenant? Would a one off fee not be more fair, after all they have lots of properties, I’m learning a lot from listening to people here, I appreciate it.
