I am purchasing a new apartment and it has just had an EPC report done that is valid for 10 years. But it has an F rating. I cannot rent it out with an F rating. I am planning to put in a new heating system and combi boiler before renting which will improve the rating. But my question is will I be able to get a new EPC once I have done this or do I have to wait for the old EPC to expire. thanks
