Hi, forum.

Evicitng by S21. Documents submitted to court a month ago. Received notice of issue two days ago.  
Those who evicted T by S21 in the last year or two, and T did not contest it, how long did it take for you from Notice of Issue received to Warrant of Possession? I’m interested in this particular period. Thank you.
