# Eviction following sec 8 and 21

It would seem that our tenant who is now in serious rent arrears, not due to covid I may add, is hoping for am eviction order in the hope of a council house.  
Has anyone got any experience of this have I been deliberately targeted?  
Tenant wont communicate with us at and is in full time employment.
