# Failed Affordability check, even though my company verified it?

Hi,

I am trying to rent a place and I have passed the credit check and references check, the rent is a flat rate of £1150/month and I get paid just over £37000 p/a, WITH a letter from HR verifying it, but the overall report says unverified and therefore I have failed the check?

Any help please?
