I have been looking for fixtures and fittings insurance for my leasehold flat. I am finding it a bit tricky to find Fixtures and Fitting insurance without buying building insurance (as most providers provide these together). My freeholder arranges building insurance for the building so I don’t need it. They have confirmed F&F is not included in there so I have to get my own. The only companies who seem to offer F&F insurance without building insurance are - CIA insurance, Simply business and Total Landlord. Does anyone have any other insurance company they are aware of that offer F&X insurance without building insurance? I have checked a few previous posts as well but could not find any other names.
