I have been searching online but can’t seem to find a free app when tenants can log maintenance issues, I can respond and action. I signed up to Trello (looks so complicated) and Latch (limits to 3 properties). Any other recommendations would be gratefully received. Thanks

Yeesh as a developer of apps myself, it kind of narks me that people think you should do all the work that goes into creating and sustaining them entirely for free.
We don’t let tenants rent our properties for free do we?

Why only maintenance issues? What about neighbour issues, issues needing repairs, etc etc
Whats wrong with a good old fashioned email or phone call or whatsapp to the LL? LL will find out much more that way. Many things are best explained by speaking and/or sending photos and videos not by an app.
People who think there needs there needs to be an app for everything are the same people who two decades ago thought ‘if only there was a website for that’ - and wasted vast effort and resources developing them only to find that people much prefer talking to other people.
LLs may well want to keep a maintenance log and a record of all comms with a tenant. Unless the LL persistently is slow or doesnt get issues sorted quickly the tenant really doesnt need to.
