New to the site - I want to make sure I am doing it right: A friend (member) has recommended me to the site and I would like to try out the free offer. I Have listed my property and it is has been stored but not gone live yet. Any help would be appreciated - thanks

You will need to check The free offer has the option for contract writing. If you already have a way to draft your tenancy agreement, by all means carry on with it; but if you don’t have a way to draft your tenancy contract , you may be better off using the rent now paid option. This doesn’t only advertise , it also writes the contract , brings everyone together to sign digitally and takes first month’s rent on your behalf.
Also it helps you to serve the necessary rent documents , do deposit protection
