Guarantor work referee not recieving email

Hi,

We are having my mum as a guarantor she has filled in everything but her work have not recieved an email to confirm her earnings as it seems to have been blocked by security. There is no way to click amend on this on openrent not sure how to fix this to send the email to a personal email address instead. How do we go about this? I have tried to call openrent and it says my referencing is complete in an automated voice but its not.

@Laura99 get your work to check their spam/junk folders and /or release from the area where the Openrent email has been held- this is easy

@mod_emma or @mod_harry may be able to help If it really needs to be sent to a different email address
