Please can some tell me how a guarantor can upload his bank account details. He has a shared account with his wife and the computer is only recognizing her details therefore he cannot prove his income!!! Help would be greatly appreciated. Frustrated landlord 
Sureley if it s a ‘joint account’ it’ll have his & her name on the account?
Had a google, and it agrees: Yes, Open Banking will show both names on a joint account if one of the account holders gives a third-party provider permission to access the account
