Yup all good advice. Im in the eastern landlords association they are good. Expect to get bitten occasionally as a new landlord esp at the benefits end of the market.
Be wary of charities supporting tenants and councils they are helping the tenant primarily. You can take on problems and its squarely in your lap then
If you can stay away from benefits you wi ll get less grief over time. Renting isnt the gravy train if once was
