# How to add upfront payments to tenancy agreement

Hi guys! I’ve a tenant who is offering the first six months upfront. I’m just wondering how I clarify/specify this in the tenancy agreement?

If you are using Openrent rent Now, I recall its fairly obvious when you start to create the tenancy agreement. I recall a field asking how many months upfront are being paid.
