I am on a NHS Bank contact which is weekly paid (500-600per week) will this be an issue?
It will probably be an issue I’m afraid, so you have to think about what else you can offer:
- how long have you been renting?
- what’s your rent payment history like?
- will previous landlords give you a good reference?
- what are your savings like?
- can you pay 6 months rent in advance?
- can you offer a UK based, property owning guarantor?
