I want my £10 deposit money to be refund to me, as you have failed to provide me with a suitable accommodation and now i have found the accommodation that is suitable for me

Dear OpenRent, my name is Ruth. I recently paid £10 for OpenRent to help me get the accommodation i needed but unfortunately they failed to provide me with suitable accommodation for myself. As it stands now, i have found the perfect accommodation for myself and i am requesting for my £10 to be refund to me as soon as possible.

you mean you found accommodation , but it was not found on openrent site ?

Sounds like you have paid for the “verified tenant” service.

If so I can’t see why on earth you would expect openrent to refund this because you chose to find a property elsewhere.

Openrent provides a facility for landlords to advertise their properties for rent. You knew what properties were on offer before signing up.
