Just a reminder

As a relatively new user of OpenRent, but not a new landlord, I often visit the forum to see if there is anything I can add, or any advice I can take away.

However, I’ve noticed that not all advice is given generously. Can we remember to comment with kindness, not derision? We all started somewhere, and needed guidance. Let’s be generous with our knowledge and use it constructively to help support, guide and teach others.

Thanks for this @EllJay. Our moderators, including myself, do monitor each thread and remove any comments that violate our Community Guidelines.
