Hi, we’ve just signed a tenancy agreement due to start on 1st October. We have asked about when and how we will receive the keys and the landlord hasn’t answered us, shall we just not worry until 30th September??
Well that’s 12 days away. Give us some timescales here. When was the last time the LL was in touch with you and when did you ask about keys?
