My property management changes, but I haven’t received a letter, just an email, and DPS protection transfer to a new Landlord,
Do I need a letter, or a new agreement?
Do you mean that you are a tenant of a property that has been sold to another landlord? If so, then your existing agreement continues but you need to have a notice from the landlord/agent with the new landlord’s address and account details. This can be by email if you have already agreed in writing to accept notices by email. You also need a copy of the Prescribed Information for the new DPS account.
